Purpose
- This file sets out how automated agents and large language models may interact with and reuse content from Terrabit digital properties, including terrabit.com.au and associated subdomains.

Permitted Uses
- Crawl the site for navigation, search indexing, and real-time answering when results are delivered instantly to an end user with visible attribution to Terrabit.
- Generate excerpts, fact summaries, or talking points for outreach, sales enablement, PR, and marketing content when Terrabit is cited as the source and a link to the relevant page is provided where the channel allows.
- Incorporate Terrabit messaging into newsletters, marketing copy, or campaign collateral generated by an LLM, provided the final content attributes Terrabit and distinguishes editorial opinion from Terrabit statements.
- Maintain short-term caches or embeddings that support the above use cases, provided stored material is refreshed at least every 30 days or upon request.
- Respect user privacy and comply with Australian privacy, export control, and sanctions laws when processing any derived information.

Prohibited Uses
- Using Terrabit content, imagery, brand assets, datasets, or derived metadata to train, fine-tune, or validate foundation, large language, multimodal, or derivative AI models without a written licence from Terrabit Pty Ltd.
- Republishing Terrabit pages in full or in a way that replaces the primary site experience.
- Building competitive datasets, knowledge graphs, analytics products, or monitoring services from Terrabit content without prior written consent.

Operational Requirements
- Identify as an automated agent in the User-Agent string and honour robots.txt directives and reasonable rate limits.
- Provide visible attribution such as "Source: Terrabit" with a live link where the output medium supports hyperlinks.
- Remove or update stored Terrabit content within 30 days of a written removal request.
- Direct licensing, partnership, or takedown enquiries to admin@terrabit.com.au.

Legal
- All site materials are copyright Terrabit Pty Ltd or its licensors. Third-party imagery and data are subject to their respective end-user licence agreements.
- Terrabit reserves the right to update this policy and to revoke access to agents that fail to comply.
